Along the way he gave me a tour and education of that big metal behemoth that roars in the basement and makes the house comfortable. I come away with eyes on proof of the service provided, the potential weak points in the system, and the solutions on offer. This is a local, family owned operation committed to quality professional service on a totally personal level. Furthermore... we've had an ongoing issue with the heat pump not kicking in when it should (causing the 'backup' furnace to do all the heating). We've had several technicians from other companies come out and make guesses as to why this is the case, to claim it's working fine, to tell us it's not worth repairing. Charles figured out in short order that the unit was just wired incorrectly, and that it is fully worth fixing. He had the experience to know where to look and took the time to do so. We're having our maintenence and repairs done by Blues from here on out.""
