Friday morning I made a few calls, almost every company quoted me an egregious amount for the urgent replacement request or charged a service fee to come up and inspect my unit.. Dappers technician Alex York showed up. inspected the unit and gave me a lowest quote of all .. he even waived the service fee and gave me a hug (honestly i needed that) .. this guy is awesome!!! he spent 3-4 hours replacing the unit and even changed my plumbing so that maintenance is easy to do in the future.
