COVER Home Repair and Store
158 S Main St, White River Junction, VT 05001, USA
"Jessica Davis: "The Cover Store is the best “hidden gem” in the upper valley area! I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of inventory over the last 4 years here, and have been absolutely tickled with each piece. They get some really amazing furniture, mirrors, and home decor, I don’t know that I have ever left empty handed! Jamie is the best, she’s not only helpful (she helps move furniture, answers questions with ease, and has a great personality), but she’s also knowledgeable and trustworthy. Jim and Rich are awesome, and I can count on a good witty banter with them each time I go. If you haven’t been to cover, what are you waiting for?! Go check it out!""
Home Comfort of New England
1255 VA Cutoff Rd, White River Junction, VT 05001, USA
"Bruce Gordon: "I highly recommend Home Comfort of New England. The president, Bill, and his head of service/installations were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about various stoves and how to properly vent them. They spent a lot of time explaining the components required to properly vent a pellet stove and maintain the stove and its vent. Bill also spent quite a bit of time looking for some decorative elements for the vent and thimble into the chimney, which we will use. They have an attractive showroom and carry high quality brands, such as: Vermont Castings and Jotul, both wood and gas variations. If we were in the market for a new wood stove I would go there first.""

Bob's Service Center
4 Ballardvale Dr, White River Junction, VT 05001, USA
"roberto alessandrini: "Be ready to be pushed into accepting high estimates and be ready to be surprised when presented with unexpected extra fees when the job is done. STAY AWAY !!!!! STAY AWAY !!!! Recently my youg and daughter experienced failure with the steering block assembly. She was given an estimate by Bob's service of $4500 that included also replacement of the struts and the stabilizer bar control. We asked for a second opinion by a family member who is a skilled mechanic and the reccomandation was just have them change the steering block. My daughter was scared into accepting all on the estimate. Upon job completion, a couple days later than promised the bill included a wheel alignment and a 3% credit card fee, total $5200. She questioned the fees as they came without warning but was faced with rigorous unflexibility. She could've at least brought cash if given the heads up. I'm pretty sure that Bob's service is used to these situations and can produce defensive language. What Bob's service fails to understand is that customer relations need to be personable, allowing for flexibility and trust.""
