"Vin Pueblo: "The air conditioning works; they repaired it before the date they told me it would be ready. The repair was expensive, but isn't it now? However, the workmanship leaves much to be desired. First, my car is quite old, and because they didn't handle it carefully, they broke a very visible part of the dashboard and didn't say anything. They punctured one of the radio wires with the dashboard frame and screwed it in too tightly, damaging the wire. This is why the dashboard had to be opened, and we noticed all this damage. They left a 12-volt power cable for the charger disconnected from the console. They apparently lost a dashboard screw and put in an extra one, which they chipped to fit. However, that screw is plastic, not metal, and when they inserted the wrong screw, they broke the socket. Some of the plastic trim pieces were mounted in the wrong order, so they're crooked and stacked on top of each other. A tray that's screwed in has plastic guides that fit into holes in the mounting bracket. They didn't align them, so they forced them in, twisting the plastic guides, and then screwed them in. There are some plastic pieces I found in the console that I don't know what they're for, but who knows what else is inside the dashboard. It's all poorly assembled. Yes, the air conditioning cools, it cools very well, but the care they take in the work is nonexistent.""
