"nikayla pollock: "Our AC unit wasn’t blowing cold air. We called JDC heating and cooling and were able to get a technician, John, out the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable about our system and walked us through what the repair would be and how much it would cost up front. Unlike other companies, there was no pressure to commit to a service appointment. When i made the appointment, I spoke to someone who actually worked for the company and not a call center. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using their services again in the future!""
J.A. Sauer, Co. Heating & Air Conditioning
4559 Peoples Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, USA
"Emma Suchma: "Debated between 4(.5) stars and 5 stars and here's why: On 5/19 our outside AC unit wasn't working. I called J.A. Sauer that same day, and they had someone come out on 5/22. The gentleman that came was very kind and had replaced our capacitor. The outside unit began to run and all seemed well. We let it run for a little then put it back to auto since it was cooler weekend. Fast forward to 5/26 when it was getting warmer again, we realized the unit hadn't turned on once since 5/22, despite lowering the settings the night prior. I immediately called J.A. Sauer again, and requested someone come back out. On 5/29, Cameron had come out to the house. Right off the bat, he noticed a piece of the outside unit was never put back on from the first visit, yikes! Cameron came inside and checked out our furnace, and told us he knew what was wrong - Apparently our furnace door hadn't been shut and/or wasn't staying shut which was causing the outside unit to not turn on. Cameron sincerely apologized on behalf of the company for this potentially being missed the first time. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining how HVAC stuff worked. 5 stars for Cameron, 4.5 stars for this potentially being missed the first time and for our unit not being put back together.""

"S Simcic: "I would highly recommend this contractor for any heating and cooling projects. Brady has always responded to my inquiries quickly and in some cases stopped by my home to review and answer critical questions that could have delayed my work scheduling with other contractors. Needless to say this made for a much more efficient process for all of my project activities. Very cooperative. The technician, Justice, was very professional.""
