We also had Cody evaluate our furnace and found that the previous vendor oversized the furnace causing the heat exchanger to open up in several areas which over time would cause safety issues. Cody gave us the option to replace it along with the A/C. Cody was very honest and professional and worked with my wife and myself to replace both units on the Monday after his visit. First experience with Quality Heating and Cooling and it was a good one. The word “Quality” says it all about this company, the work of their staff and workers and the care each employee takes to make sure their customers are satisfied. Cody, Ryan, and Savannah are examples of what quality is for Quality Heating and Cooling. I would like to respond to the installation team of Ryan and Savannah who installed both a new heating system and a new A/C unit at my residence on June 8th 2026. Both were hard workers, knowledgeable, very detailed, observed the safety of themselves and their customers and took pride in their work. The one thing that impressed me the most was when both Ryan and Savannah took time to introduce themselves to me when they arrived. It told me that their customer was most important.
