We opted to replace our 15 yr old unit and have been very happy with the results. Installation was completed within the scheduled time frame and Jeff came back a few days later to do a final inspection and make sure the unit was running properly. We've used Star ever since moving to Indiana almost 9 years ago, and have had only good experiences. Only process I have found slow is the rebate submission. We are still waiting on our rebate status which, as of yesterday, still has not been submitted for processing a month after completion of installation.""
