After a few days it suspected they didn’t install the right size furnace. I called these guys and they came out inspected my unit and said I was right. I forced the other company to put in the correct size furnace. Rockford Heating never even charged me for looking at the new unit. I said if ever I need HVAc services I would call Rockford Heating. So when the weather got hot enough to turn on the air and I noticed my fan in the unit not moving and it was overheating I called them. They came right out and the fan on my air unit went out. We had to order the part and it was three weeks out for the part to come in. Here’s the kicker the guy, Nick, noticed my fan came in early and he wanted to get it in a week and a half earlier than original appointment. He came over the same day the part came in and had it installed in less than 25 minutes. He was absolutely fabulous, courteous at all times and very respectful. Like I said I cannot say enough good things about this company. They really take care of their customers and they will have my business for life! Give them a try they will not disappoint at all!""
