"James Graeme: "Started this evolution a year ago and interviewed at least six different HVAC companies. Previously was a customer of one of the HVAC conglomerate companies in the Atlanta area, you know the ones with electrical, plumbing, heating that seem to grow and absorb companies in the Atlanta area over the past 15 years. But I was not satisfied with the seemingly impersonal services I got from them, that is why I decided to go with some smaller independent companies. At the end of last spring, I got laid off and could not afford a new unit, so I just purchased a portable air conditioner for the summer knowing that I needed to replace my downstairs HVAC and AC. So about a month ago, I did some comparative AI searches to come up with the most recommended companies in the area and PV was one of those companies, Actually, the top of the list. And before anyone starts commenting about how I can be in accurate and slanted and so forth, I get it I work in IT. I work in a big SaaS company that’s doing AI, so I know how to do the prompts.Im. I made an appointment and Jake was extremely professional, and explained the whole engineering aspect that they have at PV. He spent several hours with me going over what they do and also on his own looking at measurements taking room, measurements design, designing things, etc. . A few days later, I signed the contract, we scheduled the install, and Emmanuel and Moises came out to do the install. They were both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, explained what they were doing, and walked me through the process. They were here for two days and told me everything that they’d be doing as it happened. I now have a very comfortable first floor environment and my problem spaces for heating and AC have been resolved. I think the entire process at PV was exceptional and an exceptional value for the quality that I received.""

"Dylan Whitmire: "We had Peppers Heating & Air out for a full HVAC replacement after our old system finally gave out during the recent heat. From the first call to the installation, the entire process was professional and smooth. Their team showed up on time, explained multiple system options clearly, and never pressured us into something we didn’t need. The installation crew was extremely knowledgeable, kept everything clean, and completed the job faster than expected. Our new system is noticeably quieter, cooling better, and already making a difference in comfort throughout the house. It’s easy to see why Peppers has been trusted in the Atlanta and Conyers area for so long. If you need AC repair, HVAC replacement, or just honest advice from experienced people, I would absolutely recommend them.""
