"Thomas Drexler: "I just found the best A/C company to turn to when A/C troubles arise. This was my first experience using Bumble Bee and I could not have had a better experience. My A/C unit suddenly stopped delivering cool air just before 2PM (the temp outside was 105). After a quick Google search for companies with high ratings, I chose BB. The customer service rep was super polite and professional. After quickly checking her service board she said a tech could be at my house at 4PM. Shortly before 4PM the tech, Carter Davis, arrived. This fine young man quickly went to work and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. 20 minutes later cool air started flowing through our vents. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he also came across as honest and caring. Of special note was that he did not try to upsell me on numerous other "fixes". My A/C unit is 15 years old and he could easily have said it was not advisable to sink $$$ into such an old unit. Instead, he said he believed I might get another 3-4 years out of my current unit and it was best to pay $600 to fix it.
